I don't consider Pac a Bay Area rapper, but I do think he had a lot of Bay influence.

But to answer the question, It all depends on what they rep!!! If they move out of the Bay, but spend time in the bay and holla Bay any chance they get, then who cares where they actually lay down at night?

^^^ Are you sure homie? All I remember was love for Pac throughout the Bay. He had Bay artists all over his All Eyes On Me. Dude was well respected as far as I could tell. We all bought his albums and considered him a Bay rapper since he came up with Digital Underground, so what the fuck?
