Yes. It's my worst habit and I cant stop. Been doing it for 19 years (im 19 years old). I think i was born with the problem. I dont got a fuckin nail on my index finger because it wont grow back. Getting better though... i just need to make sure i either got a blunt, gum, or some other shit in my mouth to keep it occupied so my nails aint going in there...
