Have you ever called a tech support line and you can actually say "operator" or "Customer Service" instead of typing in an extention? Theres already technology that does this, so I wouldn't be surprised if the feds can start recording when you say something. Don't say shit on the phone period. If its important, meet in person for your business and STILL talk baseball.

im sure that they have the technology but they cant do dat. it would be an invasion of privacy and they dont have that right.

Just 45 days after the September 11 attacks, with virtually no debate, Congress passed the USA PATRIOT Act. There are significant flaws in the Patriot Act, flaws that threaten your fundamental freedoms by giving the government the power to access to your medical records, tax records, information about the books you buy or borrow without probable cause, and the power to break into your home and conduct secret searches without telling you for weeks, months, or indefinitely.

Yeahp the Patriot Act is a bitch, haven't you all heard about that wire tapping scandal where the feds tapped hella phones with no warrant? Patriot Act made that legal basically taking away hella of our laws about privacy.
