i was just told there are two versions of the Do Or Die "Falling In Love With The Game" cd. one was pressed with White CDs and another was pressed with Black CDs. does anybody know which one is the OG release?

^^thanks. im guessing yours is the OG release because eBay Seller CalState007 is offering me a copy with a white disc. hes known to have some repressed copies of some rare Bay Area albums and i just wanted to make sure the copy he is trying to sell me is legit.

Ya don't buy that shit off of calstate007, you know his is a reprint cause he has it up everyweek. I bought a rare cd off him once and it was a reprint and will never buy anything rare from him again.

yeah, he also has hella copies of those Young Dre D singles. he said that only local radio stations had those "Living In The Height" cd singles. and so far ive seen him sell 5 of em. i doubt he went to 5 DIFFERENT radio stations to get those singles to sell on eBay.

i asked him for the pressing code for the Do Or Die album, and then he emails me back saying that he canceled my "2nd Chance Offer" because he just sold his extra copy to another bidder. i asked him to email me the pressing code anyways before he sends it out but he refused to

On the Do or Die CD that I have (Black label) this is what's inscripted on the bottom ring:

IFPI L791 137413-2W1-5268-1 DTI MIDWEST REC. *NWI-DIE*

I got this cd in 2000-2001 before that Calstate guy ever existed on eBay..

thanks for the info. im guessing there are NO bootlegs of this cd because the two numbers are almost the same. and maybe the white cd is from the 2nd batch of cds that got pressed up to restock the stores.

jfl023. Does your cd mention a website on it? I have an OG tape that doesn't and then a white cd that has a website on the back tray card. I don't have the cd in front of me so I don't remember what website it is.

Do you guys know if this was repressed overseas in the last year or so? Was taken by Greg Acosta for a copy of this last year when he pulled his disappearing act, watched 4-5 copies go from $50-$150 since. I have someone willing to sell a sealed copy now....said he bought it in the used section.
