MIAMI -- Rapper DMX dropped the F-bomb during an extradition hearing in a Miami-Dade County courtroom Tuesday morning after learning he would spend another month in jail.

"I ain't going back to no f---ing jail," said DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons.

"Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me," said Judge Lawrence Schwartz. "I've never heard the F-word before, so it's OK."

The judge then warned Simmons' lawyer that the rapper had better not curse in his courtroom again.

Simmons was arrested at a Wal-Mart on 163rd Street earlier this month after failing to appear at a court hearing in Arizona. He was also arrested in June for not having a valid driver's license.

Despite cursing out a Miami judge who denied his bail yesterday(August 26) , DMX avoided further jail time today (August 27) by pleading guilty to drug charges as part of plea deal.

According to TMZ, DMX plead guilty to trying to buy small amounts marijuana and cocaine in Miami in June. The rapper was slapped with time served and a $483 fine.


He is now a free man.

The Yonkers bred rapper had been in custody since being arrested in Miami on August 14th on a warrant for failing to appear in a Phoenix court for a drug releated case.

DMX had tried to bail himself out of jail since his arrest but the Phoenix judge who issued the warrant revoked his bond and he also faced the aforementioned drug charges in Miami.
