My bad if I'm missing the point here, but why is your boy DJ Heat putting his name on this like that, if there is no deejaying? And calling it a mixtape but there's no mixing? Did I miss something? How can dude call himself a "Mixtape Prince" on a compilation of unmixed tracks copied from other CD's and mixes?

People use the DJ title way too casually nowadays. Everyone and they mama is a deejay now just for putting all they favourite tracks on one CD. This is as phony as all these cats with blogs or websites who call themselves 'deejays' just because they put a few MP3's in a folder and called it a 'podcast'.

To me it disrespects the deejays who been putting in real work. From Gumbo and Madd Idiot mixes, through Mark 7's downloads, to DJ Rah 2K, DJ Backside, DJ Destro & the MM Deejays, the Demolition Men, Rick Lee, Mind Motion... it's all real deejays doing real mixes. They're cats who can call themselves 'DJ'...

Well said. I don't believe we're hating but have a valid point. It should just be called "The New Bay 9" brought to you by CD Burning Champ HEAT! With an Intro and Outro from Jack Tracks! It's just a bootleg compilation, Isn't that pretty much it? Pick up a mix-CD from one of the cats "TheWholeDamn" above listed if you want a mix. I'll just re-zip it and have it available for download and put someone's face on the cover. Isn't that all that was done to put this crap together? Yes, this cd is BOO BOO (not the songs, the "mix")
