It looks like Gregiore (the WA gov.) is looking for a job in the Obama administration, and thinks her future employment is worth more than the will of the people she currently represents. So in order to look good in any comfirmation hearing, she is going to fuck over WA residents by not signing the bill, which is currently ON HER DESK that specifically legalizes dispensaries and the growers that supply them.
