DIRECT DEPOSIT OR HARD CHECKS??

Direct deposits are much easier... because the funds are transfered to your account that day, usually at midnight.
My old job used to give us checks but we'd have to rely on the Fed-Ex guy to deliver and sometimes they'd run late fucking it up for everyone trying to get paid.
Some people don't trust banks either, it depends on the person and their experiences with banks though

i do direct deposit kuhz i work tha late shift.. from 8 pm to 3 am and my payday falls on Saturday!! if i didnt do direct deposit.. i'd have to wait til Monday morning to hit tha bank and cash/deposit it but doin direct deposit.. dey deposit my pesos at 3 pm Saturday so its available to me on Sunday!!
I usually go to tha ATM and get a receipt tha day before my check gets direct deposited.. dat way.. i know how much was deposited and how much to budget but like dey say.. to each his own!!

i stoped fuckin wit direct deposit because the bank i banked with were some blood sucking vampires (wells fargo).. i went 4 dollars over on my account when i bought my dinner and they charged me 35 dollars!!. then 5 dollars everyday after that. fuck that noise, ill cash out 6 bucks to cash my check at the liquor store..
going to the bank is hella stupid.
wack thing about direct deposit though, i get my check the day everyone else does....when i didnt have it, it came in the mail on thurs....
but its only 24 hours difference...and its in my bank account at 12am..
id just rather not drive to the bank basically..now i can sleep in the morning since im off on my pay day

whats funny about that is i worked at wells fargo and my boss told me he dosent hire ugly people for that exact same reason
it gets yall in the bank.. so they can sell you services upfront and you feel more inclined to look like youre money minded if a hot girl is staring at you, asking you if youd like to sign up for overdraft protection for your bouncing ass checks
teller broads are only turned on by the dudes that come in with 60,000 in their checking dropping off a few hundred dollars to deposit..they can go to the club for a broke dude

I have worked in payroll for 12 years now and have NEVER had an employee say they didn't get paid.......that wasn't the employees own fault.
Usually direct deposit will fuck someone up WHEN THEY BOUNCE CHECKS!!!! Direct deposit ALWAYS will go in on payday and if it doesn't the banks will ALWAYS waive any fees because 99.999 % of the time it's either the banks fault or the employers fault if it's not there on payday.
Like Trolls case...sure it was only a couple bucks he went over..but how the fuck is that direct deposits fault?????? lol
