Q: your a legend in this game your music inspires me. what inspires you to rap the way you do?

BL: I love Meat! People take it more then that tho, and we all inspire eachother! I be listenin to ur shit too bro

is huge. how did that come about?

BL: I was gonna sign 2 strange music years ago, it didn't happen then when Dave from Priority went 2 strange music I knew it would happen

Q: hows the "dinner and a movie" album coming along and when is the
release date?

BL: it's done! Alot of preorders already and that's love, March 23rd



Q: all of ur albums have a theme and sound scape. why?

BL: I write movies so I said I would do the same with Muzicc, make it like a movie- visual.

Q: do you write ur raps to the beat or without the beat?

BL: I do both, even when I'm writin to the beat, I sometimes turn it off for a while an write witout the music.

Q: artist come and go how do you continue to make relevant music?

BL: I feel that Im a REAL artist and real artist don't have to worry. the music we make will stay relevant.

Q: strange music does alot of tours. how has it been touring with tech 9ne?

BL: I really didn't start yet - tour is coming tho. it's gonna be hard, they work really hard.

Q: if you were on a island and all u could take with you is 5 rap
albums what would they be?

BL: Eminem's last 2 And all northern Cali shit!!

Q: what ever happend to the album "mid-evil" that you were recording
around the time of "loaded"?

BL: Black Market dice all that stuff up, I left it alone.

Q: whats your favorite album youve made and why?

BL: my new one: Dinner and a Movie, cuz I knew it would get done right so I took my time! Season and loaded a close second!

Q: do you have any advice upcoming artists?

BL: it's what we both know, work hard and be different! Too much of the same shit going around in music today!

I heard about Lynch and First Degree The D.E. doing a cd together... dont know if anything will ever come of it but thats pretty much the only thing I have been looking forward to

Brotha Lynch Hung Kills Rappers On 'Dinner and A Movie'

Brotha Lynch Hung will debut Dinner and A Movie, the first of three conceptual albums that will be released on Tech N9ne’s Strange Music record label this October.

Dinner and A Movie is Brotha Lynch Hung’s first album since the Sacramento native released Lynch By Inch, in 2003.

Dinner and A Movie is a conceptual album that follows Brotha Lynch Hung as a normal guy by day and serial killer of rappers at night.

The album was inspired by horror masters like Rob Zombie and Wes Craven and introduces listeners to Brotha Lynch Hung’s new character, the Coat Hanga Strangla.

Additionally, Brotha Lynch Hung has teamed with director Dan Gedman of Liquid 9 and :31 to create nine videos from each of the three albums.

"This is the first time this has ever been done," Gedman told AllHipHop.com in a statement "We are visually bringing this character to life, and then Lynch is going to write the next two albums. It’s an interactive process. Now he has to lyrically revisit the character and story, knowing what it all looks like."

The first video from the album is titled “Meat,” while the album’s second single and video, “I Plotted (My Next Murder)” will be released online in the coming weeks.

Brother Lynch Hung has sold over a million records independently since his debut in 1993 with the album 24 Deep.

Dinner and A Movie is due in stores March 23, 2010.

Brotha Lynch Hung's Split Personailty Surfaces on New Album

Sacramento-based rapper Brotha Lynch Hung has announced plans to release three concept albums by this coming fall. The horror-core master, who last released an album in 2003, has signed with Tech N9ne's Strange Music label, and plans to release the first of his trilogy, 'Dinner and a Movie,' on March 23.

The album revisits the Jekyll & Hyde complex. By day Hung is the average Joe, while by night he splits into his rapper-killer persona, the Coat Hanga Strangla. Hung drew inspiration from horror mavens Rob Zombie and Wes Craven while conceiving the trilogy, and has partnered with director Dan Gedman to film nine music videos, depicting the exploits of his new character, who has a taste for rapper blood.

"This is the first time this has ever been done," Gedman said. "We are visually bringing this character to life, and then Lynch is going to write the next two albums. It's an interactive process. Now he has to lyrically revisit the character and story, knowing what it all looks like."

The first video from 'Dinner and a Movie' is for the song 'Meat,' with 'I Plotted (My Next Murder)' to follow in the next couple of weeks.
