Dine-In Tax

Ok so I've gotten smart, I always say TO-GO when I order fast food. But today I forgot to say it at Burger King and their dine in charge is .58 cents. :angry:

Dine in is probably on the same line that the tax amount is on; if the receipt said "Takeout" and the tax amount was next to it one may think it's a to go tax when in reality, there is a tax on prepared food.

so they charged me a 'dine in' tax at jack in the crack for some tacos? cuz i mean the 8.25% tax came out exactly to what it would be with tax.

i think that is jsut there way of registering whether your order is for dine in or to go
