What is a good digital camera to use in low lighting areas like concerts, and bars?
My digital camera recently died and I am looking to upgrade but don't want to pay over $300 for a new one, and was wondering what my best options were.
to my knowledge.. cant really get away with much.. probably have to mess around with the shutter speed and use the flash as well.. or some form of lighting.
