Digital camera help

im tryin to post some pics on here, how to i lower the resolution to 500x500....i use a 4mp digital camera and ordinary pics come out too large to post on here...i tried resizing in photoshop but when i resize it to an acceptable(by siccness) size its too small to see

i aint too familiar with this shit any help is appreciated....

alright what u wanna do is right click on the pic, and hit edit, then hold down Ctrl and press W

why not use photobucket.com to host your photos and use the code to post your pics instead of attaching photos.


Or you can download the image resizer for XP from microsoft. After you install it, all you need to do is right-click your photos and click resize pictures such as shown below.

I couldnt find anything from microsoft for ME when it came to resizing images, maybe someone else can. Although you can try Mihov Image Resizer from imagespro.com. It says it works for all windows OS' , but I havent tried it, so I dont know if it works well or not.

I use photobucket too, that's where I keep all my sig's. It's alot easier than attaching everything to my posts.They have a monthly limit on how many mb's you can use for your picture storage, but what they give you should be more than enough, I haven't reached my limit so far, unless you use it for hosting your ebay images, it shouldn't be a problem.

thanks....Hey if i lower the resolution to like 2mp will it result in a smaller pic, im been using the 4mp mode...ther quality doesnt looks as good though..

Also anyone familiar with digital cam.....how do i do close ups...? cant get the damn zoom right to get a clear close up, shit is a challenge for some reason

Just upload your images to photobucket, there is a cap on the file size, so it will automatically decrease the image size.

Some of those lil' printers have memory card slots and some have a USB port. If it has a place to plug in a camera thru usb all digital cameras will work.
