gotta keep it consistant..whatever you do..

I've lost 35 lbs...in 4 months...
i excercise everyday or atleast 5 times a week..
cardio is what i do mostly..(bike, stair master, treadmill, etc)

I quit eating fried-greasy foods..
mainly just grub on fruits..and salads..

and started eating much less than what i was..
(the trick is to eat slow)...its takes something like 3 mins for your stomach to tell your brain its full..
red meat is good for your protein...especially if your gonna work out a lot..
and eat fish and chicken which are very good for you too..

thass why folks over eat all the time..

currently altering my diet.

it's hard to get to the gym the 5-6 days per week needed when you work 10 1/2 days

3 days of light cardio to get the heart rate up, abs, and weight training, in between days mixed cardio (swim whenever possible or desireable cuz it's best)

no carbs like bread, rice, potatoes, in the evening. only morning and mid-day. those are usually oat meal for breakfast and rice for lunch.

small glass of skim milk and a multi vitamin with the oatmeal for breakfast.

bannana/apple/orange for snack maybe a hard boiled egg

black/red beans & rice for lunch w/ some kind of vegetable

bannana/apple/orange for snack maybe a handfull of unsalted skin on nuts (almond, walnut)

chicken or turkey breast or some kind of fish for dinner with vegetables & big salad

hand full of dates or rasins for afterdinner snack

as much water as i can as often as i can throughout the day.


avoiding high fat meats like pork as often as possible. beef rarely (leaner cuts are better)

I have a high metabilism, I can eat pretty much whatever I want. Its hard for me to turn down fast food. I eat healthy once in awhile, I try to balance it out. Its hard when you live out on your own and money is an issue.

i try to stay away from red meat and pork as much as possible. i eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast and bananas and oranges during the day. The key is to drink a couple gallons of water a day. it keeps my appetite down.

I'm on a strict low soduim.. and low fat diet....
ever since i had surgery..
i had to be on it for 6 weeks...
but now I'm gonna keep it going..
cause i lost tons of weight..
and I like how I look...

Now as soon as i recover.. i gonna hit the gym.. and get swool...
cause I lost the all the chubby fat....
I won;'t go to fast food at all usually.. im out and i have to..
and even then I will get something small...
and i have my regular work out.. and excersise...

But i need to get a gym membership to hit bigger weights...
and do harder workouts... next month....

I like to eat salads.. rice... fuits.. and juices i blend in my juicer..
with fuirts and veggies.. holla back

Like anything with high amounts of sodium and fat....
I just read the labes...

BUt if I eat salads them I'm always cool.
I eat lots of turkey sandwiches with swiss cheese.
Swiss has way less fat than other chesses like Cheaddar, Jack etc.

And I try to avoid melted cheese.

I usally just ate veggie soups, drank water, ate sandwiches.
Lots of salads.

Also I bought natural crackers.. with low sodium and low fat.
Also I bought organic chips with low salt.
Because I also had to have low salt on my diet.

But in a Regular day. I could have salad. A turkey sandwich, soups, rice,
Fruits. That would be like a normal day...

Just by eating healither.. and less fattneing things.. i lost lots of weight...
but now that I'm going to start working out...
I'll lost a lot more....

I can't believe how bad i used to eat...
I would eat chill cheese dogs... chilli cheese fries...
then have half a pizza... then go get a Ulitimate cheese burger...
with a large fries...
I used to just eat all junk food... and lost of it....
I cut all that out...
Now I'll eat out once in a while..
and If i do I'd rather not eat fast food...

Gotta go with that double bacon burger with cheese, and lots of beer to wash it down.

Got me a little gut goin, but fuck it, might as well live life to the fullest. I can still run a 2 mile in 13 minutes, 80 push ups in 2 minutes, and 78 sit ups in 2 minutes, so I ain't worried about what I eat.

I was never really big on pork. I used to work at a soul food restaurant, so I ate it occassionally. Or I would eat bacon at my grandma's house (she lived in the country and had that REAL bacon from the butcher...BOMB!). Pork usually just made me feel greasy, that's why I stopped eating it (probably around 1996). My mom stopped making beef when that mad cow stuff was going on, but I would still eat it sometimes. When I got to college, the meat just looked GROSS!!! It looked like it was made from a powder mix! So I stopped eating beef (1997). But when I stopped eating beef, I lost like 20 pounds, no joke. When I started school, I was a size 11-13. But after I stopped eating that stuff, I went down to a size 7.

I make a mean turkey burger though!
