Did the latest Itunes update mess up anyone else's Ipod?

I rarely update it because I always hear they jack up people Ipods but today I did it and for some reason I can't add music to my Ipod anymore. I've checked and the manually manage music is checked. Anyone else got a problem?

Haven't updated Itunes in like half a year....if I try, it'll download but fuck up in the installation part of the update and just end. I guess I'm lucky?

yea i got that problem too, my itunes doesn't add songs automatically anymore. What i do is just drag the recently added playlist to my ipod and it updates my songs that way.

That's what I was thinking I had to do now, before I'd just drag it into my Ipod but I guess I gotta actually use Itunes now.

man I'm gonna break this fucking thing right now

all my music got somehow deleted off my ipod (about 9500 songs)

so I had to restore it to its original settings and try to sync it... it got to about 3000 aongs then just stopped and had some error... and nothing went on my ipod... I've been through this process a few times now... shit is fuckin ridiculous
