SCC came out first with the names, I think it was just a coincidence though...

I think it's just a coincidence. S.C.C. first album came out in 1992 but it was Independent and they didn't get with Def Jam until 1994...so I highly doubt a lot of people on the East Coast heard the first S.C.C. album. Mobb Deep's first album (Juvenile Hell) came out in 1993 and they were already going by Havoc and Prodigy.

I never heard of any beef between S.C.C. and Mobb Deep.

I'm pretty sure that they came up with that idea from a religious or philosophical conceptual reference......

I can reely tell...

As far as them two beefing over the names, I've been wondering bout that for the longest, but Ive never heard anything about it either......

Better yet, a SCC & Mobb Deep collabo would be a great moment!!!

Anyone agree???

yea but SCC had two havoc and havik the mouthpiece or some shit like that, so if one group can have two members with the same name, why not two groups with members who have the same name
