It was always unbelievable to me to see a group of real life homeboys with different skills to be able to wreck a cd like the ECCR roster could. Everyone was different and brought something to the table that was not only different than other people on the label, but different than most people in music period. It's a shame to me to see people like Lil Los, B-Dawg and Shadow take this long to release something or not release anything at all. I know the tremendous impact Wood had on the label obviously and the production was unique and mostly handled by him, but it would be good to see the homies at ECCR get something together. You know by as much as Woodie talked about Blackbird and Snoop that it was important to him to remember homeboys that weren't around or had passed away. I wish they'd do the same for him.

^^^ i heard a couple years ago that woodie ghostwrote a lot of lil los verses. if that is in any way true (not sayin it is) then that would partly explain why los doesnt have the hunger to rap.

if i remember correctly i think woodie mentioned los getting a good career as reason why he does not rap anymore. but yea i miss the eccr releases, especially with carillo. i thought that cat was dope, x4 drug dealer classic for me.
