HUNTINGTON, W. Va. -- Comedian Andy Dick was arrested Saturday in West Virginia and charged with two counts of felony sexual abuse, according to police.
Dick, 44, was arraigned Saturday afternoon in Cabell County Magistrate Court. His bail was set at $60,000.
Dick was in Huntington for six-scheduled performances throughout the weekend at the Funny Bone Comedy Club. Funny Bone managing partner Tom Schaefer posted Dick's bail, and said Dick is "absolutely still on the schedule for Saturday and Sunday."
Court documents say Dick is accused of grabbing a bouncer's crotch early Saturday morning at the Rum Runners bar in Huntington.
Spence set a Feb. 2 preliminary hearing date for the 44-year-old Dick, who was in Huntington to perform at the Funny Bone Comedy Club.
A telephone message left at the office of Dick's manager, Michael Green, was not immediately returned Saturday.
Dick is currently on probation after an arrest in 2008 for allegedly exposing himself to a teenage girl and groping her outside Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant in California.
A search of the apparently intoxicated entertainer revealed drugs on his person.
He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of battery in connection with the incident. He was sentenced to three years' probation, during a portion of which he had to wear a SCRAM ankle bracelet to detect any drug or alcohol use.
