So im gonna be lookin for a graphic design school here in KC for second semester. What shoud I be looking for? What are the best programs to learn? Any accreditations to look out for? Can you even make a career out of graphic design?

A real big question is should i worry about my experience going into the school. I mean i got some but not much.

Basically I used to fuck with graphics a while ago with Paint shop pro 7 and a little photoshop so i dont wanna go to school to learn that sloppy shit i wanna learn something to make a career out of. I wanna get on some of your levels.

Anyway thanks for the help playas.

If yall got one in the Kansas city area that would be the shit.

You can def. make a career out of graphic design. Just put it this way. Almost all businesses if not all need some kind of design work some time or another, in most cases, they need it often. Thats were we come in. A lot of corporate companies hire inhouse graphic designers so they wont have to go to design firms everytime... so i'd say go for it. I would look for a school that specializes in that field, i think you can get a better one on one education with out all the bull....
