Ever since the steroid testing has been intensified over the last two years, Helton's power numbers have deteriorated. Hmmmm....

It's more of his age going up and the players around him going down.

Dude last year he had noone around him that could hit so that in turn also hurt him.
This year like I said he had a major health scare at the beginning of season but has been pretty good since he's been back. Not HELTON like #'s but when you miss sooo many games of course not.

Derek Lee's Career aint Over, as Far as Helton, don't see him being the same as old, his Defense remains unquestioned but he aint the same offensive player, me being a Big Ass Giants Fan, I like the way Colorado is, They shouldn't of Traded Ron Sheally that foos gonna be big one day, especially since Helton is on the Decline.

You ain't lying! Shealy is a monster. The Rockies are foolish trading him for Affelt. I saw him a few times this year in Colo Springs (AAA) and he hit the middle of the scoreboard on a HR hit. Line drive too. It coulda gone another 100-150 ft before hitting the groud.
