What is your take on demonic possession? Do you believe it happens? For those who do believe it have you ever saw a demon possessed person

For those who do not believe in it feel free to post your views as well. Maybe you believe it is schizophrenia? Dementia? Mania?

Demonic possession is the act wherein a demon inhabits the body of a person, or controls it via some other method (meaning not inhabiting it), and then make that person do things, generally against their will.

Yup. I think Demonic Possessions are a lot more common than people think. I think MANY people you see in the streets are either demons or have been possessed. Especially influential figures.

Never seen an actual person possessed. But I *HAVE* seen the fallen angel. Human form. We talked. It was weird. This was right after I stopped talking to HIM.

I performed a "mini-exorcism" once. I have a friend who kept feeling the presence of a dead uncle in that person's house house. My friend also so told me that at times they would "see" the "bad one." I took this seriously at the time because it was more or less after I had stopped talking to HIM. I went over and did what I thought would be best. Hebrew here, a little prayer here, etc.

Anyways after that I went home and started to sleep. I kept hearing my name being called. And I looked around but saw no one. Then my name being called louder and more consistent. I covered my head with my blankets but as I did this I felt my mattress sink as if some one was next to me. I then felt something touch me over the mattress. And when I mean touch I meant human arms. My name was being shouted at this point. I didn't dare to look over the covers. I said the Lords Prayer in Greek, or at least what I know of it right off the top of my head. After that I didn't feel or hear anything.

people who seem to be demonicly possesed are having nothing more than a siezure.its been scientificly proven and even though i dont agree with what 206 thinks of this country,i do agree with him as far as ghosts,spirits and such.it's all b.s. and all in ones mind.

She flipped out and was speakin in "tongues".....she also spoke real english, but was talkin about things that only a spirit would know...via Oijoa(sp?) board...all my friends had been fuckin with that shit a week prior to the incedent...

Needless to say...she remebers NOTHING....

Where and how did you know it was the Fallen Angel in Human Form care to give details on that?sounds hella interesting.

You trippin me out cuz you keep saying "This was right after I stopped talking to him".... How did you figure out it wasnt just a friend or a relative calling you if you never looked over the blanket again, what do you think would of happened if you looked? I know lol this is a lot of questions but this is too good of a story to pass up btw where did you learn to speak all those languages damn thats pretty impressive imo.

I won't get into how I knew who "it" was. Just trust me when I say this was not the first time this has happened.

And I don't really speak any other language other than English and Spanish. I know a few words, phrases, prayers, and can make small talk in Arabic and French. But that's really the extent of what I can do. I guess I've learned from Semites who are willing to teach and laugh at you whenever you bastardize their tounge.

Yea but can u give a describe how it appeared or if you happen to bump into it???? Your spirituality is pretty high if touch and contact has occurred btw care to say what other times has that shit happened? And is it happening to you cuz you know too much about the spirtitual world? I am not trying to mock you or talk shit, this is purely for my knowledge of other people experiences that im trying to catorize to my own. If you cant elaborate more details can you say why?

I think it's a form split personality (diff. from schiz), but is influenced by evil. I don't believe that a demon actually possesses the individual, but the person turns evil within themselves.

I have never seen it in person, but I have felt evil before.

I think 99.9% of demonic possessions can be explained by medical science.
It just happens that we as humans, are very ignorant. Even of things others have already figured out.

I think I've been on the recieving end of both possibilities.
I've had minor schizophrenia for as long as I can remember, and even a bit of obsessive compulsive disorder (which does trip you out into thinking you're being watched). I'm over it now, so looking back I can tell the difference between a psychological dissorder and something "else"....

I'm a spiritual person, there for I believe in the spiritual realm.
Which leads me to believe that demonic possessions can be very real.
I've been given numbers through dreams and spontaneous ideas.
I've been given ideas themselves.... Which feel very much like they're coming from outside source. I believe in a collective subconscious, research shows that there has to be one, one way or another we just don't understand it yet.
How much of this is in my own head?
Will I ever know?
As crazy as it sounds, I'm looking forward to dying just to find out....

There's been times where I'm certain I'm acting out beyond control.
But often I realize that I'm only thinking that I'm acting out without control.
The mind is very powerful, and yet so untapped.
We know very little about ourselves, even less of everything else.

Reality is untapped, there's so much to learn....

I have a hard time believing that demons walk among us. I used to be really into the occult when I was younger, and then it sort of went away. I used to see things all the time when I was looking for it.

I hear and see things now and then, but I attribute it to my nerves.

I knew someone who thought he saw a demon once. He had so many of his own personal "demons" that I think he was just having an episode. My grandmother is convinced she met the devil at a newspaper stand one day when she was thirteen. She also thinks she's been abducted by aliens, and that people break into her apartment and move the carpet an inch away from the wall every now and then.

On another note, but along the same lines, makes me wonder how someone could recognize a demon or evil presence in a crowd of other people. If the devil took a step to stand beside you, why didn't everyone else turn to look at him? What makes a person able to sense demonic forces?
