Demetrius "Hook" Mitchell gets released Saturday. I remember hearing stories about dude and the 44 inch vertical back in the day and I know some of the older Bay cats may remember seeing or hearing about him and his basketball skills back in the day.

What about Michael Wilson..... he used to play for Memphis in college, dude had the highest vertical leap I've ever heard of. I don't wanna start listing numbers and be wrong, but I remember well over 44 inches
