I remember I ordered a chicken sandwhich from this one restaurant in Frisco and some Asian cat came and delivered it to me. I paid him but he didn't have any change on him so I just gave him the exact amount. Then he gave me this sad face and looked like he just got his bicylce stolen by Deebo obviously becuause I didn't tip him. If you are a delivery guy or a taxi driver you should always carry change on you. If not you're playing yourself since Im paying it's not my responsiblilty to have the correct change to provide a tip. This was inspired by the thread where the cat is asking about Mexican restaurants that deliver.

He probably didn't wanna break your change.

I don't like asking for delivery service anymore. Especially at work, we've had too many screw ups with the deliver guys and stupid associates telling the deliver guys off. Once you piss them off it doesn't take much to keep them from fiddling with your food.

Mountain Mike's includes deliver fee's when you order but their drivers still expect more.

Yea unless its that persons first day, they should be prepared. I know they probably don't wanna carry change cause somebody might jack em, but all they need is a 10, a 5, and 5 ones.

I religiously tip 19% on everything, take out, delivery, even when a tip is not expected. It's a personal belief. Sucks when a meal is 400, 500 dollars and you're paying tho. That 4% difference comes out to 20 or 30 bucks. And no I can't tip less. I refuse. I have principles.

What do you keep a calculator in your pocket. Why 19%?

so on a ten dollar order you go out of you way to tip $1.90???

Why not just round it to 20%?

Your principal here should be based on service, friendliness, and quality of goods you are paying for. If you HAVE to tip high anyway than your a sucker.

Do you refuse to tip less than 19% when you find a fly in your food? What about when a waitress drops your shit at your table, you ask for a knife or some ranch and they dont come back for 30 minutes, and then they say " Ohh im sorry about that" like they really gave a fuck.

Not talkin shit , but you should change your ways. People who deserve to get tipped get paid and those that fuck up dont get shit and learn a lesson.

One time I asked this waitress to split a bill between me and my friend. She acted like she couldnt. I knew they could cause I went there all the time too. I even told her if she did we would both hook her up cause my homey always gives rediculous tips. She said she couldnt, so she got $0.00 from us both on a $50.00 tab.

Point is. You don't tip someone who doesnt deserve it. Then they are rude all the time and expect a fucking tip.

i'm pizza delivery...i always have change on me, but people rarely ever need change. i'd say maybe one in every three shifts somebody asks for change. it's weird.

being in a job where i get tips has turned me into a better tipper, but i tip big or small depending on the speed and friendliness of the server.

if you're in a bind, and don't have money for tip one time, it's all good...but the people who repeatedly don't tip....their pizzas are slightly altered.

word.. im all for tipping but fuck that old "youre supposed to anyway" if the service is wack. its like...bitch you serve food and be nice all day. thats your job. theres no room for attitude or reasons why you cant just do that. especially if you aint even hot. you should be tryin to make up for that, getting the most out of every sap who sits in the seat.
i understand a majority of americans out eating are fat fucking assholes but im not so be nice and ill tip you.

and while we on the subject why the fuck is there a tip jar at the taco shop?
nigga cook the food. serve the food. we out.
