I've noticed that Del gets slept on here at BART more than any other bay area artist.. Im just wondering if there's a reason for that? is it cuz he's not a hardcore gangsta?

Cuz I think Del's one of the most talented emcees to come outta the bay.. and he been doin it for a long ass time now

he definitley is slept on overall. but its sad that hes even slept on in the bay. or at least on this forum, where ppl only talk about artists puttin it down for the bay, and dont recognize the actual talented bay mcs like del and others of his caliber. but i dont want to repeat myself cause i made a thread about this a while ago. basically what i got from it, was that if del and other bay artists arent gonna sound ignorant and talk about materialism and make a "gangsta" image of themselves, ppl on here dont wanna hear it

and on del putting out new shit, i think his next cd is gonna be "the 11th hour" or somehting like that, coming out soon - maybe he should start a beef with someone on it, and im sure then kids on here will be listening to him (pretend beef of course, cause we all know most rap beefs arent actually real and simply for publicity and sells)

I saw Del with Zion I and Bukue 1 in salt lake this past november. good show, the guy has quality knocks. I hadn't listened to Del much before the show, so I was really happy with my decision to attend.
