Anyone waiting in line for them? They had a quick spot on KTVU this morning about poeple waiting outside of Niketown for 2 or 3 days to get a set.

I think these are the most limited release since the Altitude XIIIs.

These are gonna be limited. 18 packs per store? Don't forget most of the employees are probably copping them for themselves & others, leaving how many for them to sell? In San Jo, the only places I know that are getting them are Shoe Palace, Footlocker (Eastridge/VF), Finishline (Oakridge). No places in Great Mall are getting them. All Shoe Palace, but they have how many stores now to split packages between? Someone at Sheikh told me only SoCal Sheikhs are getting them cuz they are the top selling Sheikh stores

Niketown SF has like 30 some odd pairs, they are the flagship Niketown and thats all they got. Larger stores in large markets might have received 20 some odd pairs. Most stores that got them, which is only a few per mall at best, only got 18. There's no employee discounts whatsoever on these shoes, for the altitude's there was 1 per employee, they are limited.

Watch tomorrow after everyone tries to hit the mall and can't get em how high they go for on eBay, then tell me they aren't limited.

Urban and Limited are two different things. An urban release can be limited and a limited release can only be urban, but they are two different things.

They are general release, but less than a typical retro would be produced.

And because of the hype, they are considered limited because unless u lined up a long while ago, stayed online all night to see when they'd get added, or got some kind of hookup, there's no way in hell ur gonna get em for retail value. I wouldn't doubt these reaching above a grand within the first few days on ebay.

i would say they are limited...in sac only Finishline is gonna carry them..an theyr only gettin one size of each...all my cuzzins were anticipating this shit...an about whoever said that the people who work at the stores can get them before the general public, theyr bein way harsher than usual...only Management can hold a shoe (i kno pretty much same thing but it makes u feel good thinkin it) an the employees gotta wait in line like us..anybody get them yet?

I have mine in hand, they are nice.

Footlocker Inc especially was very harsh with their employees because they don't want to lose their Jordan Retro rights like they did a few years back after a dispute with Nike. To my knowledge, store managers were the only ones who didn't have to wait in line to get the shoes. No discounts were given to any employees, no military discounts, nothing.
