decent mp3 player for under $100

Is a ipod shuffle the best way to go for a mp3 player about 1gb for under $100?

nahh get a creative zen. the smaller ones.. they PERFECT! the yhave a screen and they are much smaller than whatchu get with the ipod. i got a creative zen (small one) and then i recently bought the zen micro photo.

damn you just missed out.. frys had a blowout sale last week for a discontinued mp3 player.. 60GIGABYTES FOR $99!!! hhah i dindt get it cause i already have an ipod 40gb but damn.. thats cheaap


DONT get the shuffle, waste of money its only like 512mb or 1gb and that's SHIT! might as well get an off-brand or a less known one so you can hold hellaa more songs. cant think of any.. but good luck with it anyway

over at woot.com a few days ago they had the iRiver h10 for $130 plus $5 shipping. This the second time i see that player this year, from reading the spec its seems like a better overall player than the ipod.

I got a Zen Micro 6 gig but I'm sure theres smaller memory ones for under 100. Zen is def the way to go.

Yeah I need one too that can hold alot of shit and is lightweight so I can run with it. My boy is trying to sell me his for 20 and its nice but its too big to take on a run. That Zen is pretty tight, Ipod Nanos are really clean looking but they cost like 150 huh? I don't like dealing with Itunes really either

with the zez, well the one that i have( the smaller one) you dont need any of that software. i just connect and drag and drop. easy as 1-2-3

does the zen got good battery life? im in lookin around for one to. check out an iriver, thats what i have been checking out, its only a 1gig for like 130 tho.
