I never listened to a Dead Prez cd before and just heard of them and downloaded this advance of their upcoming cd, Revolutionary But Gangsta. This shit is fire. What are some other good dead prez cds?

I havent heard that one yet. I guess its new. Where did you find it on the net?

Their only real album is "Lets Get Free." Its a great CD, so swoop it on sight if you see it. They released a half-ass mixtape called "Turn Off the Radio" under the artist name DP'z (instead of dead prez). Its aiiiiight. A couple bangers, nuthin too special.

But they tightest shit is actually unreleased stuff or stuff off soundtracks. Try to find a song on the net called Dem Crazy with the Marley Brothers. And the Game of Life and the Tony Touch Freestyle/Fuck the Police. And a gang of other stuff.

dead prezs first cd was one of the best cds ever made. Has anyone got the release date for the new cd ? I been waiting for the new Dead prez album for a long time. They're one of the best groups in the rap game.

They're stupid nice ... I'ma pick up they new shit when it drops ... I got a bootleg shit of they're album sampler and that shit is some workout music right there, I be wantin to punch a muh fuckah after a couple tracks lol

They got dropped from there label.....so there is really no realease date on there new album...There was a rumor on allhiphop.com that Puffy is trying to sign them...but ya know, it's just a internet rumor....hopefully. "Let's Get Free" is a classic album...
