i wish i could see this matchup.........

..everyone out here talks about dela salle....and their winning record, which is very impressive...

...but from my side of atlanta....my highschools BIGGEST rival...Parkview now has a 43 game winning streak...and if they win the next 2 games..will have won the 5A title in GA for 3 straight years...all undefeated years....

..damn i wish they could schedule these teams together...have parkview end that streak :)

^^how would you know??..you've seen parkview play right?? they are 3,500 miles away from here..haha

like i said, they are impressive (de la salle) with their record....but parkview also knows how to win..you don't win 43 in a row for nothing....titles in (possibly this year in 2002)..2001, 2000, 1997

shit, they were on the fuckin Team Cheerios box when they won in 2000..ha

The team cheerio box in atlanta not in cali playa!! Trust me they would get crushed by De La Salle!! I dont have to see them play! De La Salle has playedmany of the best teams outta state and woped they ass!! parkview can be next!! GOT EM!!

.so why not a delasalle vs. parkview game??

both ranked #1 and #2 in the USA Highschool power rankings

Long Beach Poly was supposed to a highly ranked team to finally end De La Salle's streak, and they got whooped 2 years in a row. Every supposedly great team that's supposed to challenge them gets whooped. 130 games in a row ain't no joke.

good for long beach poly -- but i'm talking about the number 1 and number 2 teams for like the whole fuckin season....

..if you think they don't also know how to play football in GA and around the south, you are sadly mistaken

43 games is a joke compared to 130 in a row...you can say how tough that squad is but they aint fuckin wit de la salle...like you said the #1 and #2 teams in the country, de la salle is #1 for a reason...i haven't seen that school play, but have you seen dls play? i give a fuck about high school football but ain't no one fuckin wit em...

alote of top ranked teams with long winning streaks have seen their winning streaks bite the dust against de la salle.

of course i'm getting "shredded" in the post...b/c everyone here lives in the bay...so all they hear about is da la salle.....

...they are talking against a school that they probably never even heard of before...just b/c of where they live...

..i've lived in both places....heard it all from both sides...i think it would be a tight matchup

De La Salle would win. Teams like Parkview have backed down from DLS in the past, because trust me, DLS has challenged a lot of good programs across the nation. A lot of these programs would rather have a perfect season and just rely on the ranking to make them a top school. I'm sure DLS is working on a Parkview game, either shit doesn't work out schedule wise or parkview backs down. DLS wants a challenge, the coached live for the challenge.
