guilty of kidnaping,murder and pornagraphy.

dude was all shaking in court.well he was shaking everyday he was in court.he also got special circumstance meaning he might get the death penalty.i'm pretty sure he'll get the death penalty.

your thoughts on this case?

Ok I am highly against Capital Punishment. But when it involves kids I personaly wish they could be slowly tortured to the point where they see death as a reward, not punishment. I just hope his fellow jail mates rape that booty good!

understood.you seen whut they done to jeffry dahmer.dude was in the bathroom cleaning and there was supposed to be guards watching.but when it went down and he was killed by another inmate no one new shit.

i don't really believe in the death penalty BUT either that or life i think is fitting cause either way he's getting fucked up on site in the pen or being put to sleep like a dog.

a life for a life.

when i look at it there's no way out.he's getting delt with and he knows it.

i been watching the case here and there on court t.v. and everyday he was there he was shaking.he knew he was going to serve time.

he's so afraid.

but thats whut he got himself into when he decided to kidnapp and rape and kill a little girl.

it was a lethal mistake cause everybody is after him and don't care whut happens to him wether he gets life or death.

he's basicly gonna get killed i think.by inmates or the needle.

and NO ONE cares.

i found out on the news even if the jury decides to give him the death penalty.the judge can over rule that and just give him life.

who knows?
