I figured it had leaked awhile back, thanks fellas. Yet, it still doesn't make a difference when it should have came out in 1996 and then maybe, perhaps...it would have been a well rounded album. This one is straight bootlegg & you can tell it's pieced together to make a fast buck (that's the business).

I guess being a former DR fan, when I first heard about this back in the day I had high hopes for a Quik Classic...especially for a release from Death Row Records (yes, DR had trash albums towards the end, but this was at the height of the DR era). Only for it to come out 13 years later and still be garbage.

It's nothing special. Just look at the tracklisting. Maybe 2-3 new (unheard songs) with DJ Quik. The third song is tight, but DJ Quik is not on it despite it saying he is. He probably produced it. And the album cover artwork is just a picture taken from the booklet of Safe & Sound. The back cover picture was probably a still frame from the Sweet Black Pussy video on the Death Row Uncut DVD. The Boom song is good, but really there are only about 3 new DJ Quik verses on this.
