well obviously that 13 yr. old on dateline(40 yr. old white guy) is sayin' shit like.. "lets hook up, i wanna suck your dick.. and yada yada yada..".. does no one see my point?
We see your point...but its irrelevent. THe fact that the OTHER 40 yr old (potential predator) THINKS its a 13 year old girl and is talking about doing ILLEGAL shit. The same reason why prosecutors can use phone calls against you for talkin about selling and buying drugs...its evidence.

However, the point you ARE stressing is that this is LURING potential predators before they even commit a crime. The fact that the potential perp is talking about doing sexual acts with an under age "girl", and then SHOWING up, is alot of evidence.

As a father I can appreciate what Dateline is doing. Those perverts are really expecting a minor on the other end. They should all be tied up and shot from the feet up with a bullet in 10 second intervals. Now, the problem comes when Dateline decides to pay for this service. The same people who are conducting the stings...are in charge of the Data. Do they get paid by the hour? How long does it take to find a potential "predator". I'm glad they got caught and exposed...but legally, there is a CONFLICT OF INTREST! That's what the lawyers will claim anyway. This lawsuit will only support that. They should not have paid this company for anything. Giving them their recognition should've been good enough.

TO me this sounds like entrapment. I think its wrong what the sexual offenders are doing, but I dont feel its right to set them up either. I dont know its hard to pick a side on such a ethical issue. I mean is it right to set them up or is it wrong. One way or the other its a tough issue.

SO THE CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN THE POTENTIAL PREDATOR AND POTENTIAL VICTIM ARE NOT FULLY DISCLOSED TO NBC?
SOUNDS FUNNY...AS FOR THE ONES, DOING THAT UNPROFESSIONAL SHIT...IT DONT SUPRISE ME. NOT THAT I HOLD IT AGAINST THEM.
I WOULDNT LIKE MOTHERFUCKERS OF THAT NATURE EITHER BUT REGARDLESS COPS ARE THERE TO DO THEIR JOB. NOT CARRY VENDETTAS OR TAKE SHIT PERSONAL.
