I think bart should be thouroughly regulated (and I shouldn't have to spell thouroughly ever when I'm drunk) seeing as how thats the most popular board and artists can really use it as a marketing tool....thats the only way artists will come back here, if they believe that posting on here can help them sell records & make money.
