this site is great, its free, real quick (w/in a minute usually) and it can take bigger files/longer times, there's no 40 second cut off.

if u have music editing software, i suggest trimming the song u want as a ringtone to like 1 min 40sec (around there) and saving it as 128kb/s instead of 192(near cd quality mp3).

^^yea thats the only annoying thing, it says 3mb limit, but most of the time it only works for me with files around 2mb.
