That site is legit. They look pretty much the same as the "Get High" zippos that they sell in Spencer Gifts or Hot Topic. Not the best, not the worst, and you'll probably lose it in a week or never refill it anyway.

"9 Cigs" weren't a Tech brand. They endorsed the company for a short while, and Strange gave out packs of them at shows during 2005.

Then again, you can upload any image you want onto a watch, I guess someone ordered one of those and it made their front page
