I just rented Cube: Zero, the prequel to The Cube, and I must say, it really wrapped up the series very well. I couldnt believe how they tied the prequel into the first one, that was crazy.

for those who dont know about Cube: Zero, it takes you behind the scenes of the Cube.. who runs it and whatnot. A must-see for Cube fans.

by the way, dont let Cube 2 discourage you. Cube Zero is light years better than Cube 2

I was hooked on Cube for years.
The sequel was alright...too many special FX. Other than that...the sequel was sick.

I heard that Cube Zero was a dud.
Im going to rent it soon.

"cube" is shit to me. The scenario was kind of good but all the rest sucked esp. the actors.

I saw the first cube and thought it was horrible. The beggining was tight when some fool got all cut up and shit but after that I wanted to slit my wrists.

But I will say I spoke to a comrade of mine who swears up and down that the last cube was tight as hell. Now, he normally likes good movies but he secretly likes "You've got mail" so what does that tell you?
