CUBASE-SX EMERGENCY!!!!!!

I dont know whats up with my homies cubase sx. All I know is that it runs fine for a couple of sessions. after that when he tries to open it again an error message will pop saying it couldnt open cubase sx.exe

so we choose to REPAIR the files but it says we dont have access to the file because something else is using it...

what the hell is the problem?
this happened 2 times today and each time I had to reinstall the cubase sx software. It will run fine for a couple of sessions and after that no goooooooooo!

i dont think cubase has any updates besides cubase sx 1.01 if anyone has some tips or patches let me know ***ASAP***

other programs/hardware installed are delta 1010, dio 2448, sound forge 6, acid 4,waves 3.5,tc plug ins,sonic foundry plug ins and thats it.

Get the updates for it, it's updated to 1.06. It's not cracked is it?
Another good source of info is the cubase.net forums people are always posting up their problems and solutions

i just downloaded 1.06 (2 hours on my 56 k dial up...that sucks man). havent installed it yet. will do so tommorow. i posted info on the cubase user forum.
