The image is basically done, I just have to add the title text, I took the photograph and tried to soften it up and make it look like an air brushed or painted image as opposed to a photo...

That photo looks totally out of place, definetly work with that or change it. There's also a very thin outline around the edge of the cover, I'm not sure if you notice it, you might want to get rid of that. Unless it's inside the safety I wouldn't worry about it though. Background meshing is nice, I like the title text too, just that photo has to go.
