does anyone recommend taking creatine for gaining muscle? right now I just take Mega Whey Extreme protein supplement after I lift weights. what are the advantages of creatine? someone told me to take creatine at least an hour b4 liftin and protein right after

creatine is a gaurantee.... any creatine product will enhance your energy and your muscles in 2-3 weeks... no bs.. i take it and gain weight quick

Creatine will give you energy and help you gain weight as long as you eat right and drink plenty of water. However, expect to lose some of the weight and muscle once you stop taking it. I took protein and creatine when I first began to lift and it helped me put on weight more quickly. Now that I no longer take it, I lost a little weight at first, but slowly I'm getting back to where I was without the help of suppliments.
If you're looking forward to gaining weight and muscle, EAT!!! You can lift every single day, but if you don't eat 3500-4000 calories of food daily depending on your body weight, you won't see the results that you want. Don't just eat junkfood either, get down on some real shit. Turkey breast sandwiches, borritos, chicken breast, bannanas, nutri grain bars, etc. Take vitamins too.

take some cheap creatine monohydrate, fuck cell tech . drink a gallon of warter of day when taking it , all it does is increase anerobic capacity, meaning it'll help you rep an extra rep out . you wont loose muscle after you stop taking , warter brings the creatine to your muscles and makes you look bigger. take only 3-5 grams a day you dont need to load up on creatine and take a shit load at the begining

should I quit taking the protein and just use creatine? I already eat pretty healthy and take vitamins too

i got some of that creatine shit, the cheap brand. worked hella good but i only took it for a month. a homie of mine got big as fuck off it and he turned into a sav running back in highschool. drink it before and after you work out, it makes your muscles get back to normal instead of hurtin forever so you can lift more. holla

it is very good actually, i got a big tub of the shit, it works, i was noticing improvement in 1 week from just taking it couple times a day, and working out in between, drink lots of water with it though

Creatine works. Im taking Sans V-12 turbo right now. Their are a lot of different types of creatine on the market. Anyone of them is fine. Take it with juice for better absorption (something with dextrose in it). Also keep taking the protein. You'll increase your muscle mass and strength with creatine.

to be honest creatine doesnt do much for me.Once i stop taking it i always lose my strength.If your gonna use creatine.Personally i get more from energy drinks then creatine.The best kind is no-xplode.Besides creatine theres other supplements you can use.At the moment im using t-bomb,gakic,pro-complex(protein,amino acids,glutamine),M-xtreme(creatine monohydrate),and zma vitamins(these will make you sleep like a baby).
