It's just diffrentiated by whether they connected wit the prison gang or the street gang. The street gang is connected wit the prison gang, but not all folks is connected wit the prison gang..

Hella MS 13 foos be stayin in Northern Virginia, DC, and Southern Maryland tho.

this is part of a national crackdown- notice they werent interviewing cops askin wassup the feds have been targeting MS for hella long now cuz they're gettin deep, they're doin dirt in more states and recently got involved with al qaeda which gives homeland security jurisdiction.

Look at it this way MS is kinda tha thang version of tha bulldogs, tha only thing they share in common with trampas is tha color n number dirteen, but MS is an entity within itself and often time will ride on dirteeners n vice versa.
