Shit, I think Costco and Nordstrom's have the best return policies. But Costco recently changed theirs on electronic equipment. But you can still bring the 12 year old mattress back to Costco...and the beat up New Balances back to Nordstrom's.
Costco has a very good return policy....my pops had this digital cam that he dropped like a year after buying it at Costco...they gave him a new one no questions asked.

a couple years ago my dad returned an electronic keyboard and I think we had it for more than a year. he didn't have the reciept or anything and they gave him cash back.
