Copyrighting Under Fictitious Business Names

There's really not specific forum for this, so I'm posting it here. Move it if I over looked a forum.


I know that it'd be best to copyright your material in your legal name, but if you were to have registered a fictitious business name in your county in your name, would this hold up in a court situation if you used this on the copyright form?
