I was watchin the MTV show on Shyne and his come back... and during the interview they were playing the D-Boy Raps Instrumental in the background... I was like are the really playing a portland rap instrumental... that was jus crazy..... props nutz doin it big

^^^^^^^^usually mixtape tracks are other cats instrumentals.............sometimes their not though.

Even so you are liable to hear a Bosko instrumental on MTV, I have before, matter of fact I think I have even seen dude hosting as a guest judge on that old-school show called, "say what karaoke"
and the beat I heard was from a limp-bizket album.

That beat on D-boy raps is none other than biggie's ten crack commandments off of Life After Death. Lil Mo and Lil Kim used it on a song recently too and that may be the actual instrumental cool nutz used, but the beats are identical i think. Can't believe you never heard that song before fedex?
