What about somethin like a Wheel Of Fortune type game? Have people sign up for it and then once there is enough people then close the sign up. Each player will have 3 chances. You pick a word or sentance and put up blank spaces for each letter in the word or sentance. (ex: _ _ _ _) The players guess a letter and if that letter isn't in the word or sentence then they lose one of their three chances.

Yanno, somethin like that or is that too complicated?
