aight, even tho we only got like 4 people so far, i'ma post the rules....

1. person(s) must have never had any experience with rapping or writting lyrics.

2. person(s) can be of any age.

3. you may choose to create a solo artist or a group.

4. you may help artist write and/or deliever their lyrics.

5. you are allowed to appear (rap, talk or sing) on the song.

6. the song can be rap or r&b.

7. the song must be recorded (doesn't have to be mastered).

8. the beat does not have to be an original one.

9. if artist's lyrics are bitten, you will be disqualified ( i don't think that ya'll would do that, but just in case).

10. only one track per person.

11. contest starts June 15th.

12. tracks must be entered by July 31st or before.

Upload tracks to internet (i.e. MP3.com, Soundclick, Iuma.com, Ampcast, etc.), or you can send the tracks to me, Kavie, via AIM (my screen name is Kav of E4E).

SIC-CITY-HUSTLA said that he might donate a lil home studio kit as a prize (i'ma get at him and keep ya'll updated)...i'ma donate 3 beats as a prize...
