Okay Okay i understand what she is saying and ill explain it to everyone... She is making fun of people who track and watch HAARP (http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/).

To sum things up with haarp people believe that mechanisms and instruments from haarp can determine the weather and make earthquakes. there were rainbow colors in the air Half an hour prior to that big earthquake that happened in China last year. Some trippy shit. theres multiple videos of this stuff in the air too. and there were videos of the same rainbow stuff in the air 30 minutes prior of those Japans earthquakes i forgot the names of the two cities but if you search it up its there.
