Consignment Form/ Agreements?

I got sum shirts printed that Im tryin to get into local stores.

Does anybody have or know where to download a Consigment form for free??

id google it. but if you cant find any just make up a agreement/COSIGNMENT not CONsignment. basically put the date you gave them to the store, at the price you negotiated, what happens if they sell or dont sell, how much they give you, when they pay you, and what they do with remaining stock of yours. have them sign it and you sign it and each keep a copy.

the stores are the one's with the paper i think.

you actually have to go there and use your mouthpiece or know someone that can hook it up.

emailing and googling ways of hustling your shirts won't work.

well consignment means they pay you when they make money off selling your shirts. So if theyre sitting i dont think you get paid.

I know a dude at the local mall and he wanted the shirts so I finally bring them in today and he said I have to supply the form. I came home and googled for 1 and found alot of good ones but they all wanted $10-$25 for the download.
