does anyone know any network diagonias programs...my internet be trippin...im wondering if it could be my network card

Run a tracert and ping to your isp first

Its very unlikely that your network card is "trippin".

Usually they either work, or dont work.

And if it actually is doing something off and on, then it is more likely a conflict with a running application.

I bet it's your ISP, or a problem with your Internet Explorer.

I would fully update windows as well if you ain't already.

You can repair IE too.
