computer help..please

so a few days ago i go to restart my computer.......and it took like 20mins....my computer is slower than shit...i went through virus scan i dont know wut else to do....i want to just wipe out everything and start from scratch but i have no windows disk..any sujjestions

try getting a registry cleaner. If worse comes to worse you can re-format your hardrive but make a seperate partition if you dont want to wipe out all your programs/files. It would be a fresh windows install with all your files except you will need to re-install some programs.

After you load up the windows cd itll start installing windows, but once it gets to your files it will ask if you want to create a seperate partition. Click yes and its pretty self explanitory from there.
