Computer Geinuses...HELP!!!

I have no where else to turn to. I called Technical Support for Comp USA, but they're a bunch of fuckin idiots.

i got a G3 Macintosh, and a Compaq Presario PC. I got one monitor for BOTH computers which uses to much space. I need to know if I can some how SHARE and connect both computers to ONE montior. Perhaps a manual switch or something.

is that possible??

its called a KVM switch, BElkin makes them as well, i got one at work for my linux and win2k box

Yep, you can get a switch box. You can switch up to like 8 pc's or as low as 2 pc's with the same monitor.

Exactly that's what I have here at work ..... One is for working on and the other is a Server for testing ....

No, I'm a Technical Support Engineer ...... I help customer's install Digital ID's on to servers.

I work at VeriSign Inc. we deal with internet security. Installing Digital ID's to secure websites. I've been here for about 2 yrs.

I work for Wareforce/PC Mall. PC Mall just picked us up about three months ago. I service the HP printers and plotters in the Kern County area, pretty much what ever the county's techs can't fix they send to us. I also do the Compaq warranty repairs for the pc's and servers. I'm just labled as a technician. I don't have one specific area, I do it all.
