Commute to SF from the Valley

Dublin BART is a pretty big BART station. It has parking on both sides of the tracks, Dublin side and Pleasanton. IT shoudln't be a problem finding parking, maybe not a great space, but at least something.

i been to the sco a few times in the last few weeks and it always takes about 1 1/2 -2 hours damn near from stoccton....but i guess it aint that bad if you use Bart....not sure how the parking is at the dublin station though....

I commute from Sac to the bay about 3 - 4 times a week, depending on which part of the bay I go, sometimes I travel through Tracy, other times on 80 goin west. Rush hour is horrible especially in about a few hrs from now. Currently Im in Hayward and if I leave at 2pm I should be in the ghetto around 5.

PS this probably didnt help much but anything past dublin bart will take 1hr + just to get through the altamont pass. then another shitty 30min+ to get through Tracy....When I cut through dublin blvd after hopyard sp?? heading east it leads me to charro rd. which is anout 2 exits where you could sit in traffic for a good half hour....

I got a $25 ticket for not paying a $1 fee at Dublin BART. I didn't pay it and they had it put onto my DMV registration. Fuck them.

I've had problems finding spots there during the day when everyone is working. I think you can pay ahead of time and get a reserved spot though.

yeah i work in livermore now and driving through grant line over the altamont pass already takes a 1/2 hr.

and ccytzo - i'm either movin closer to sf or back to pittsburg.

if you plan on workin in SF you should move close as possible cuz traffic is shitty all over nor cal right now.....

im thinkin of movin that way myself but shits just too damn expensive....
