If Ball St. Wins, they will win the MAC West and stay undefeated to face Buffalo in the MACCG. However, If WMU wins, they will be the representives for the MAC West.

In this rivalry game, a possible chance to the NCG is on the line. There is a 3 way tie in the Big 12 South, and if that wants to stand, all three will have to win. If this happens, the hihgest BCS spot in the Big 12 South, will go to the Big 12 CG to meet up with Mizzou.
West Virginia at No. 25 Pittsburgh
There is still a scenario where either Pitt or WVU can win the Big East, but Cincy has to lost to Syracuse in order for that to happen. If so, the winner of The Backyard Brawl will be in the driver's seat for the crown. Pitt knocked off #2 WVU last year to ruin their NCG hopes.
Mississippi State at Mississippi
This is the Egg Bowl, played since 1901 between these twop in-state rivals. Ole Miss leads the series 59-39, and is looking for a higher bowl selection.

BSU needs to continue to win in order to impress the BCS voters, so then can try and snatch an at-large bid from Utah.

A big time rivalry game that will pit ACC vs the SEC. GT is in contention for a sopt in the ACCCG, while UGA is on the outside looking in of the SEC title.

Another in-state rivalry game that can put either one of these teams in a higher bowl game. Also, one of three ACC/SEC maatch-ups this week.

If VT wins this rivalry game, they will win the ACC Coastal division, as they beat GT earlier this year. If they lose, they get no shot and will get no bragging rights for the rest of the year.

Maryland at No. 21 Boston College
If BC wins, the ACC Atlantic is theirs. If they lose, FSU will win the Atlantic. Crane is out, and the youngster Dominique Davis is in. BC's defense is among the elite in the nation and they have a bunch of young guys on offense that can do some damage. Maryland has not proven to be very good on the road this season.
Houston at Rice
Big implications in this game. If Houston wins, they will win the C-USA West. If Rice wins and Tulsa loses, Rice will win the West.
Notre Dame at No. 5 USC
Only in here because it is a rivalry game, but ND looks terrible as of late and USC is rolling.

This would be a huge win for OSU, as the RB is on the line. Other than that, its only the Civil War, one of the nastiest rivalry games in the nation. Jaquizz Rodgers will not play in this game, but Maveo should be back.

FSU's defense leads the nation in TFL, but it will be up to Christian Ponder to score points and keep up with UF's spread run offense.
